Payment Terms
For ready products:
- Delivery will be completed within 3 days.
- 50% payment must be made in advance, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery and setup.
For pre-orders:
- Shipping takes 60 days.
- 50% payment must be made in advance before delivery.
- The remaining 50% payment is due upon delivery and setup.

- We accept cash, card, and check payments.
General Terms
- All prices are exclusive of VAT and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Products are subject to availability at the time of order confirmation.
- Any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
- Product setup will be provided by us. For deliveries within Dhaka, we will manage the entire delivery process. However, for locations outside Dhaka, customers are required to make their delivery arrangements.
- Ownership of the product remains with the company until full payment is received.
